Message	That is exactly what I'm doing. Please see my reply to Bernie above. It's not right to ask them to cover the whole car when they only damaged 2/3 of it. I've already decided to get the whole thing repainted(because of the matching issue), and I only want them to cover what they messed up - the rest will be out of my pocket. Based on the quote that I got, their portion will come to about $2000, and mine will come to about $1000. What I'm really looking for is input as to whether the ~$3000 quote I got is a reasonable offer (since the company at fault doesn't seem to think so - even though I'm not asking them to cover all of it). I agree with you, and I appreciate your help!
